The Lakers are officially back. With a decisive win against the Suns. Overcoming the Shaq Kobe circus. “Were Here” Lakers star Kobe Bryant said post game. With the additions like Gasol, Fisher, and Ariza. Missing pieces have been put into place. Not to mention the Big Fella. No No, not Shaq. I am talking Baby Bynum. This guy can play. A true 7footer.This all started with the return of laker vet Derek Fisher. Bringing the veteran player in the locker room can do wonders. Bridging the gap between rookies and super star Kobe Bryant. Some one to stand up to Kobe. A player who had been there for the threepeat.
I know its olny been 7 games but Gasol for Brown is the greatest trade of all time. Not sure how it happened. But adding this ALL STAR to the Lakers did so much for the organization. A vialble second option to score the ball. Taking pressure off of Odom. When he is a third option he is one of the best.
It is clear with this nucleus and the return of Bynum the Lakers hold their own destiny. Only teams with players like Kobe can hold their own destiny. A player of his caliber can take over any game at will. Kobe now has the supporting cast. Guys that want to take a shot in the streetch. Those two elements combined equal championships. Good Job Kupchak. Lamar always getting left out.
