Comes out of nowhere. Tucked behind a curtain lies one of New Yorks better burger joints.
The juxtaposition of Le Parekr Meridien and The Burger Joint threw me for a loop. You are in one of the nicest hotels in New York City and tucked into the corner you have an old school burger joint. The decor reminded me of a burger joint you would find at a ski resort.

See how the meat color and texture is consistent. This is a good indicator of good ground beef.

Buger Joint ranks very high on the burger scale. One being the decor. Just makes you feel good. Second the quality of a good old fashion hamburger. Served with some french fries and soda.
