
Everyone want’s to eat healthy sometimes. Everyone should be able to make a solid me at home. Going out for every meal sounds good but most people can’t afford it or just don’t have the time. The rigors of an office 9 to 5 don’t allow time for leisurely meals.
Truth be told I need to squeeze in a few healthy meals to counter balance the normal GLUTTONY!!!
The last few times I had breakfast at a restaurant I ordered granola with yogurt and fresh fruit. Healthy, filling, not too expensive.
Last night at the store I picked up the ingredients to make the same meal at mi casa. Here is your shopping list. Granola, Yogurt, and a Banana.

Toss on some bacon bits, turkey sausage and gruyere/feta cheese…melt…top off with shredded cheese and its turned into GLUTT!

Yes, this meal may look and taste good but is really high in calories and sugar. Not as healthy as you nay think.
